Article 1: Purpose

These "Terms and Conditions of Use" are intended to legally frame the terms of the provision of services of the Para Bellum Powerlifting site and their use by "the User".

The TCU must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these TCUs.

Article 3: Access to the site

The Para Bellum Powerlifting site allows the User free access to the following services:
- Presentation of powerlifting coaching services.
- Information on the methods and benefits of remote coaching.
- Ability to contact the coach via a contact form.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs borne by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

Article 4: Data Collection

The site ensures the User collects and processes personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.

Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right via:

Article 5: Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, signs, and any other content on the site are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.

The User requests prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents.

The User agrees to use the contents of the site strictly privately. Any use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any content posted online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to put online content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.

Article 6: Responsibility

The sources of information disseminated on the Para Bellum Powerlifting site are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors, or omissions.

The information communicated is presented for general and indicative purposes without contractual value. Despite regular updates, the Para Bellum Powerlifting site cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained in this site.

The Para Bellum Powerlifting site cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the User's computer or any computer equipment, following use, access, or download from this site.

The site's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the site. The latter has no control over the web pages on which these links end up and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.

French legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, only the French courts will be competent to hear it.
